The location was perfect for exploring Jerusalem. Our dogs were also treated well, a major plus!
My children wanted an earlier check-in time for convenience. It would also be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly amenities.

Great location next to the Great Synagogue and Chabad of Rechavia and many other synagogues and places of attraction.

What I liked at most was the mini suite with terrace on the 7th floor including a beautiful view of the old town and beautiful sunrise and sunset. Furthermore, each member of staff was attentive and helpful. We have been coming to this hotel for more than 20 years and still the management and their team knows how to surprise us.

Make sure to politely request timely taxi assistance. The staff is helpful but can be busy during peak hours.

Hotel is is an excellent position. The breakfast was okay. Could have been better. I would recommend the hotel when visiting Jerusalem. The front staff could have been nicer and not so abrupt. Could have been more helpful when asking about sites to visit. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

I really appreciated how helpful the staff was when we needed to call a shared taxi or get a better orientation of our surroundings. Perfect location with both the Old City and lots of restaurants within walking distance.
I was not overly impressed with the comfort of the twin beds, but even that wasn't too bad. Also the price I paid was fair, but I went during the off-season so I can't comment on the prices/value during tourist season.

Recommended for couples looking for comfort
The hotel staff was kind and helpful, they even advanced our check-in time by almost 3 hours which was a nice surprise! Plus, we got to choose between two rooms before deciding, that kind of personal touch is rare.
It wasn't cheap though still acceptable.

The breakfast was incredible. Also, staff was very accomodating with regards to special requests and timely solutions.
The bathroom could have been better overall. Also, the staff could have been more knowledgable in regards to local areas of interest. For example, serving a largely observant clientelle, it would have been nice if they had the prayer times for the synagogue next door.

Had an amazing 5 nights here in a Deluxe Twin Room with Balcony! I really enjoyed the relaxing sun terrace and the massage options available, which helped me unwind after a day of exploring. I did notice that the coffee supplies weren't topped up daily, but it didn't dampen my overall experience at all. ☀️

Appreciated this wonderful accommodation with outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant stuff from the desk clerks to the dining room staff to the management. Its location steps away from The Great Synagogue was marvellous.

The location is excellent. The hotel is near the Old City, and is also near the modern shopping district around Jaffa Street and Ben Yehuda Street. The beds are comfortable, and the hotel and its rooms are clean. The service is very good. The dinners at this hotel are superb. The food is delicious, and there is much to choose from. Breakfast at the Prima Kings is also very good.
